Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept and returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final unless due to error on our behalf in filling order or defective product. If you have an issue with an order please email to [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of order.

 

Shipping Policy

All shipping and handling is paid by buyer unless otherwise specified such as "free shipping" specials or sales. Shipping and handling is calculated at time of purchase and added to product order total at check-out. 

All shipping is done via USPS. Orders are sent via priority mail or first class package.

 

Processing Time

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing. Most orders do process and ship within 1 business day. Once processed in stock items ship same day. If any item is currently out of stock it can take up to 2 weeks to be received. Items on back order or made to order can take 2 to 3 weeks to be received.  Back order items will be denoted as such advising customer this is on back order prior to purchasing. If order contains in stock and  out of stock  or back order items we will ship the available portion of the order and fulfill the remaining portion of order once item is restocked.

 

Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless order error on our behalf. Due to nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Email [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of order if there is an error or issue with your order due to incorrect order filling or product defect.  You will be given a Return Approval number and funded  shipping cost to return the package or mailed a prepaid return label. We do not issue refunds. You may opt to receive a corrected order or receive store credit to be used at a later date.

 

Store Credit

To utilize store credit please email [email protected] with order request. Include your full name , shipping address, and Return Approval Number you received when you returned your items previously to receive the store credit. Also include the desired product details such as product name, size, color. Order will then be processed as a "paid" invoice up to the store credit amount available. If any additional balance remains you will be responsible for balance payment before order can be shipped.
